We want you to be 100% happy with your Fineware purchase. Here is our policy for returns, refunds and exchanges:

Returns: If you decide for any reason that you don’t want to keep your product(s), you can return them within 30 days of receipt and you will get a full refund. You must pay for return shipping if there is nothing wrong with the product(s).

Refunds or Replacement for Defective or Damaged Product(s): If your product(s) are defective or damaged in shipping, you can choose to receive a refund or a replacement. Replacements will be with the same product. You must request the refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Exchanges: If you decide that you would like a different product, you can return your product within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will give you a credit in the amount of your original product order, excluding shipping costs. You must pay for shipping the product(s) you wish to exchange back to us.

You can initiate a return, refund or exchange by using the Contact Us page and telling us what you’d like to do. We will respond within 24 business hours, usually sooner.
